Hello! I'm Tong

 

I'm a PhD student in the Industrial Engineering department, Clemson University. My research interests lie in the area of operations research and applications. I am interested in stochastic processes and optimization problems. I am currently working on my Ph.D. and studying the application of operations research and optimization to engineering.

Got an optimal model enabling the capacity planning research to move to the next stage successfully.

Conducted investigation in store brand popularity by observing and counting number of patrons within a 15-minute period. Collected information on cost of goods at each store at six shopping plazas, 278 stores.

Recorded findings in Excel and conducted analysis to identify high potential stores for a new shopping center.
